injuryWhen you’ve suffered from an injury that has been caused by the negligence of another person, you can file an injury claim. Injuries, especially if they’re serious, can lead to weeks or months lost from work, enormous medical expenses and in some cases, can cause your life to be changed forever.

Injury claims can be filed against anyone that is at fault. Employer’s sometimes subject employees to unsafe work conditions, the driver of another car may be driving recklessly and even your neighbor may have created a dangerous situation. And, they can all be held responsible for any pain or expenses that their negligence has caused.

You can even file an injury claim for a child that has been injured while in the care of a baby sitter, a day care facility or their school. If your child has been injured because they weren’t properly supervised while in someone’s care, you can win a compensation claim.

There are many times that injuries just can’t be avoided, but when an injury was caused by something that someone else did, or didn’t do, you can file an injury claim. How much you can file for will depend on why the injury occurred and what could have been done to prevent it. But, if you, or your child has been hurt, you are entitled to file an injury claim.
